The Elders are those members of Cairn who have been selected by the congregation to care for the congregation’s spiritual health. During these meetings, the Elders spend time in study and spiritual practice as well as taking time to hold the congregation and individuals in prayer.

The Visioning Team meets with Pastor Charisa on the 4th Monday of the month.
The Visioning Team works to prayerfully discern the long term vision for our congregation, considering areas of spiritual, material and physical growth taking into consideration the congregation’s gifts and God’s calling.
